On the 27th – 28th of April the EU hosted the annual conference for the Interreg program Botnia Atlantica, in the beautiful town of Bodø, northern Norway. Peter Hedman, Project manager for the Cleantech Kvarken Project attended and explained how the project will create concrete benefits for cleantech companies within the region.
During the panel discussions, Peter Hedman had the opportunity to explain the experiences of businesses who are participating in the project, and also had the chance to show the projects new company catalogue. The panel consisted of Björn R Sörensen, Professor at Norways Arkiske University (Uit), Yvonne Söderström Nordin, Project Manager for Bioraff Botnia at SP Processum in Örnsköldsvik and Daniela Mårtenson, Project Manager at Allegro ink business at Campus Allegro, a platform for entrepreneurial creativity in Pietarsaari, Finland.
During the two days, presentations were held, including how to communicate equality by photographer Tomas Ginnarsson, who recently published the article "Bilder som förändrar världen External link, opens in new window." ("Images that change the world") together with Gävle Munincipality.
